Where do you order your ingredients?
- Most of my ingredients are sourced from Azure Standard and are both organic and non-organic.

When can I order?
- Orders must be placed by Saturday before Monday pickup. See order form for more details and upcoming pickup dates.

Can I cancel my order?
- Yes you can cancel your order by Friday for Monday pickups. Email me with your order (Google Forms will send it to you) and I will cancel it.

When is payment due?
- Payments will be billed via Venmo on prep days before making your order. Payment must be made within 2 hours. You may also pay in advance with a note about your order and scheduled pick-up day. Cookie orders will be billed upon ordering.

Do you deliver?
-No I am not doing deliveries. Pre-orders will receive an invoice and be directed to my 24 hour access heated pick-up box on Dietrich road off Manson Hwy in Chelan. The bread will be available Monday at 8am- Wednesday 8am.

What if I miss my pick-up window?
- Orders not picked up in the 48 hour window will not be refunded. Please add reminders to yourself to get your bread while it is fresh!

Is your bread allergen free?
- My home kitchen is not allergen free and may have cross contamination with nuts, dairy, eggs, and gluten. Please only purchase these baked goods to help with gut sensitivity not allergic reactions. All baked good ingredients can be reviewed on the home page.
